Hellsing Vol. 1-8
Hellsing tells the story of the Hellsing Organization (formerly the Royal Order of Protestant Knights), currently headed by Sir Integra Hellsing. Her organization is called upon when events become to strange for regular forces to handle. The groups goal is eradication of vampires, which is amusing since their trump card is the infamous vampire Alucard. The other main players in the story are Seras Victoria, a former special police woman, who is turned fledling vampire by Alucard. Walter C. Dornez, butler for Intergra, also know as the Angel of death, his preferred weapon is a thin wire. The Vatican and Father Anderson (of Vatican Section XIII, Iscariot), their trump card and Alucard's rival. The Iscariot Organization (Vatican Section XII) is a group within the Vatican charged with active pursuit of further inquisition of demons, herectics, and vampires. Father Anderson is one of their top agents. And Millennium, the resurrected Nazi Party, who have become vampires in the hopes of taking over the world.
The basic plot of the story is that Integra will send in her group at the request of the British government when events begin to take a supernatural turn. Often this is in the form of a vampire attack. After introducing the major players in the story we discover that the Nazis are back with an even deadlier plan. Being vampires they set out to take over the world and eliminate Hellsing. This begins an all out war between Hellsing, the Vatican through Section XIII, and Millennium.
